Like, oh my gosh! It's an '80s party! Rock out at the library after hours on Saturday, April 27, from 7 p.m.-11 p.m. at the Cockeysville Branch for A Totally '80s Taste of the Town!

Where's the beef? It's at our tasting stations! Sample food from local restaurants, enjoy wine or craft beer from B.C. Brewery, and bid on an exciting and eclectic assortment of items, experiences, original works of art in our silent auction. Dance to the hit tunes from the award-winning '80s cover band The New Romance! We're encouraging (but not requiring) our guests to rock their favorite '80s fashions.

All proceeds support the Foundation's mission to provide additional resources to enrich the library’s commitment to empower the citizens of Baltimore County to explore, learn, create and connect.

Last year, over 300 guests sampled food and drink from local restaurants, caterers, wineries and breweries, enjoyed live music, played games and bid on an exciting and eclectic assortment of items in a silent auction worth over $16,000. We hope you'll join us for a wicked cool night of fun at the Cockeysville Branch on Saturday, April 27.

Taste of the Town is a 21+ event.

SilentAuction

While Taste of the Town is going old school, our silent auction is fully 21st century! This year, we're going paperless. The bidding can be done online or using an app. We'll have attendants at the event to assist you with bidding, or you can download the app and do it right from your phone. Sign up for a bidding account at charityauction.bid/TOTT2019. Once you've signed up online, the Auctria Mobile Bidding app is available on the Google Play Store and on iTunes.

Please note: You must sign up online before you can log in to the app. A credit card is required to register, but you can still choose how you pay — cash, credit or check — at the end of the auction.
