Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library would like to warmly welcome three new members to our Board of Directors: Emily Devan, Ian Parker and Anne Winter West.
Emily is an attorney at the firm of Pessin Katz Law, P.A. in Towson and a Baltimore County native. Ian has a background in finance and accounting and is a property manager for Atapco Properties. Anne is a native of Baltimore and holds degrees in Drama and Political Science from Brown University and a MAS for Johns Hopkins University.
Welcome! We look forward to working with you to continue providing additional resources to enrich the library’s commitment to empower the citizens of Baltimore County to explore, learn, create and connect.
