With your help, Foundation for Baltimore County Public Library is able to support important early childhood literacy programs like the Talking Is Teaching panels, internal grants, Read Rover bookmobiles, Summer Reading and both Storyville early learning centers, as well as BC Reads and many other vital programs in Baltimore County.

In Fiscal Year 2017 alone, we were able to reach over 50,000 students from birth to 13 years of age and provide the resources necessary to make these programs a success thanks to the kindness of our corporate partnerships and individual donors like yourself.
